Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Husham Courses account at any time. This page explains how, and what gets deleted.

Fastest way: from inside the app

Open the app, sign in, and go to Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your password. Your account is removed immediately.

If you can’t open the app

Fill out the form below. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 7 days, then send you a confirmation email.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, phone, guardian phone, province, grade, avatar).
Your class enrollments.
Your video watch progress.
Your quiz attempts and scores.
Your active sessions and refresh tokens.
Chat messages you sent or received.

This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your learning history cannot be restored. If you only want to stop using the app, you can simply sign out instead.

تستطيع حذف حسابك في “دورات هشام” نهائياً متى ما أردت. هذه الصفحة توضّح كيف، وأي شيء يُحذَف.

الطريقة الأسرع: من داخل التطبيق

افتح التطبيق وسجّل دخولك، ثم اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. سيُطلب منك تأكيد كلمة المرور، ويُحذَف حسابك فوراً.

إذا لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق

املأ النموذج أدناه. سنتحقّق من هويّتك ونحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام، ثم نرسل لك رسالة تأكيد.

ما الذي يُحذَف

ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، رقم ولي الأمر، المحافظة، المرحلة، الصورة).
تسجيلاتك في الدورات.
تقدّمك في مشاهدة الفيديوهات.
محاولات الاختبارات ونتائجها.
جلساتك النشطة ورموز التجديد.
رسائل الدردشة المرسَلة والمستلَمة.

هذا الإجراء لا يمكن التراجع عنه. بمجرد حذف الحساب، لن يكون بالإمكان استرجاع سجلّ تعلّمك. إذا كنت تريد فقط إيقاف الاستخدام، يكفي تسجيل الخروج.
